We live in a history rich area of the upper mississippi riverfur trade activity dates back to the 1600s! Historic reenacting hsa been active for over fifty years, and 'interesting' knives have been a big part of it since the start. Many lod original knives were used at first. Others utilized rebuilt older blades, or blacksmith handmade copies. Few were marked, and all have a nice 'patina' by now!

I don't do 'carbon dating', and i'm not good at tall tales. So -for me-they are all 'reenactor knives'. I thought they were 'neat' when i swapped or bought 'em. And that was good enough. As usual, a low start & no reserve.
